Who can enter?

The Future Icons Awards are an opportunity to champion purpose-driven businesses, people and initiatives driving change to improve the impact businesses have on our people and planet.


How much does it cost to enter?

One entry is £150 + VAT per entry. e.g. if you wanted to enter 2 categories, the cost would be £300 + VAT. If you submit your entry by midnight on Monday, 1st June 2026, you can access the early bird rate of £100 per entry.

For start-ups and small businesses, there is a 50% discounted rate for businesses trading at less than £1 million annual turnover. Each entry will be £75+VAT each.


I’m a small business, is it still possible for me to enter?

The Future Icon Awards creates a space for impactful, visionary and collaborative brands that are on the journey to making positive change, whether they are at the beginning or further along the way. We want to make the awards accessible to all and therefore offer a reduced fee of £75+VAT for businesses trading at less than £1 million annual turnover.


How many categories can I enter?

You can enter your brand/company into multiple relevant categories. Brands and initiatives for most categories can have been launched at any time, however, please note that categories with any time boundaries will highlight this on the entry form.


Does my company have to be UK-based?

Your company does not need to be headquartered in the UK, but it does need to trade in the UK to be eligible to enter The Future Icon Awards.


What is the deadline for entry submission?

All entries will close at midnight on Friday 31st July 2026.


When will the shortlist be announced?

You will receive an email to let you know if you have been shortlisted by Friday 29th August 2026.


What sort of information will you ask to be provided?

We will need a range of information:

  • What makes you unique? 
  • How do you track your brand’s social and/or environmental initiatives? Clear quantitative measurements and bullets points are recommended 
  • Information on any previous awards or certifications
  • Documents to support proof of the impact your initiative has had
  • Evidence of transparent communications and advocacy against greenwashing

When will judging take place?

The initial screening of entrants will take place shortly after submission closes. Final Judging will take place just before the awards ceremony.


Can I use the award logo if I win?

Yes, if you win one of our awards, we will provide brand usage guidelines to support the announcement of the awards. The award logo can be used on your own channels (website, social media, email, packaging, and in-store point-of-sale materials) is free. The logo must only be used to promote the specific award or product that won.


Is there a fee to use the logo on paid media?

Yes, there is a £250 licensing fee if you want to use the logo in paid media, such as paid advertising or sponsored promotion. You pay the for the licencing fee here.


Can I use it anywhere in the world?

Yes, there are no geographic restrictions.


Can I change the logo's colour, size, or design?

No, the logo can't be altered in any way without approval from Country & Town House.
